Our most valued offering is our General Fitness community classes! During our hour long class we'll go through a thorough warm-up, followed by a strength, auxiliary, or gymnastic portion, and finish with a metcon. These classes are geared towards general physical fitness and health. All classes can be scaled accordingly to allow for all fitness levels to participate!
Whether you're looking to compete at the local level or travel around the world competing at the sanctional level, Kraken Strength has exactly what you're looking for. Our coaching staff has participated and coached at multiple competitive fitness regional events, masters and teen qualifiers, and competitive fitness Sanctionals. If you're interested in getting your fitness to the next level this is for you. We have a great community of competitive athletes with a strong commitment to each other in their pursuit of advanced fitness!
Kraken Strength offers a multitude of different specialty options. Yoga, Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, Aerobic Capacity, Gymnastics, and Running. Our coaching staff is equipped with the experience and qualifications to write and execute programs for your specific goals.
The Kraken Strength coaching staff has multiple years of coaching and playing experience at the collegiate and high school levels. Training athletes in football, baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, rowing, softball, rugby, golf, track, and triathlon. The coaching staff carries qualifications to train at the collegiate level from the NSCA, as well as USAW.
